Why I Don't Like Closed SpeciesPlease keep in mind, this journal is only a matter of opinion, and it is not meant to offend... at least no too much.

I don't like being told to do with my character.
This one is the most obvious for me. If I adopt a character, I don't like being told that they can't act a certain way, can't live in a certain place, can't interact with others a certain way, and can't breed if I want them to.
If I buy a character from someone, they should be mine, I should be able to whatever I want with them. You don't buy a Barbie Doll, promising that you won't dress her up in other doll's clothes, that you won't cut her hair, or only make her kiss a Ken doll. She is yours now, you can do whatever the hell you please.
Certainly Mattel made the doll, that much is clear, but you paid for her, she is yours now. If you want to make your Barbie a goth lesbian with black hair, no one should be allowed to stop you.

While a Foxfan's design is just a fox with a handheld fan taped to it's ass, It's the backstory and lore that makes it what it is.
The only problem is that white knights attack you for making anything with a fan tail, even if the species has different traits, different backstory, and different name.
Rabid fans ruin shit.
It isn't just foxfags, either. There are multiple unoriginal closed species out there.
I don't give a flying fuck if me making a fox with a fan on it's butt somehow offends you or pisses you off.
If I draw a fox with a fan ass, and I see comments like: "Bawwww!11!!111 Dis is illegal!111 Take it down rn or else da police will #get u!!!11!"
I laugh my ass off.
Making an animal with a fan ass is legal, as long as I don't directly copy the name, lore, and specific traits.
If this still bothers you, then kindly fuck off. ;)
